Location and Accommodation

The retreat will take place at the Mastropa Exclusive Resort, Via Francesco Conte, Massafra, Puglia, Italy.

Check-In/Out

• Check-in: Monday, 12th May, from 2:00 p.m.

• Check-out: Thursday, 15th May, by 11:00 a.m. Rooms must be cleared by this time and keys returned. Guests are welcome to enjoy the venue and pool in the afternoon before heading to the airport or their next destination.

Transportation

Guests are responsible for arranging transportation to the retreat venue. The resort is approximately:

• 85 kilometers (53 miles) from Bari Airport (1.5-hour drive).

• 90 kilometers (56 miles) from Brindisi Airport (1.5-hour drive).

Included Meals

The retreat includes:

• Morning fruit and light bites.

• A late-morning brunch.

• An early dinner.

Additional food and beverages outside the retreat menu are available for purchase directly from the resort.

Activities and Sessions

Daily group sound and movement sessions are included in the retreat package.

What to Bring

• Comfortable clothing for movement and stretching.

• Trainers or walking shoes for exploring the land and caves.

• Clothes and toiletries suitable for May’s climate.

Pool towels and slippers are provided. For specific room amenities, you will be able to connect with our host Gianna prior to the retreat.

Retreat Guidelines

• This is an alcohol-free event.

• Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or contraindications to sound therapies in advance.

Payment Options

• Pay in full by 31st January 2025 to receive an early bird discount (includes a non-refundable deposit). Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card.

• Reserve your place with a £300 deposit and receive the early bird discount. The remaining balance is due by 31st January 2025.

Exclusions

The retreat price does not include:

  • Flights or car rentals.

    Transportation outside the listed shuttle transfers.

  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended).

  • Additional therapies, massages, one to one sessions.
